I really wanted to give them a good them a review but there is no way I could. On the plus side they do good work. Now unfortunately for the negatives. First off, they took longer than they told me they would. Second, they made promises that weren’t kept. Told me they would tint my windows and that didn’t happen. Third, they were in a rush to return the rental then I found out that they kept it for another 2 days. Great service all around. Customer service was great and the service provided was awesome and timely. I felt like I was being taken care of by family. I recommend Auto Hail Plus to anyone needing repairs. They will work with your insurance company and make sure your are set up for a rental. You will be made aware of the steps needed and updated throughout the process. True to their word. I don’t have to pay my deductible. Exceptional service hands down!
