If I could give -stars I would! Check your cc people cause they took a rental car reimbursement check, cashed it then canceled our rental with Enterprise to find out 5months later - they charged us $2400 in rental fees - so now they are blaming Enterprise but they apparently owe over $100k to Enterprise for rentals and in Denver over $400k In unpaid rental fees!! Took my car in to get some hail damage fixed and the whole experience was awful. They had my car for a month just sitting outside. I found a chip in my windshield, which has now spread halfway across my windshield. There were stains on my seats that were not there as I had detailed my car prior to bringing it in. There were also pieces of trim that broke and were being held down with superglue that then melted in the sun. They said they’d order the parts to fix it and ended up ghosting me.
