EDIT: Please hear yourself, what kind of professional business is going to put in writing that paint was used by another shop on a damage to cover a scratch? NOBODY 🤣 I am the first and only owner of this Tesla and I was replacing original windshield, there is no other job that would require access through that place, only a windshield. All good with the glass and the installation so far! $$$ Price was reasonable. However the technician scratch the car when installing it and I realized when I went to remove tape. Of course they denied any wrongdoing by their technician and that he has being long with the company with no issues. They said that they don’t have any white paint in the store and that that wasn’t their mistake, hahaha so why was there white paint on the new installed windshield?
