Very poor service as well as very poor customer service. Their window tech put a windshield in my car and caused lot's of damage to my vehicle. Immediately after, the base of my rear view mirror was broken, both my sunroofs didn't work and I heard a terrible buzzing sound. I took pictures immediately and notified everyone of the damages. I ultimately had to take my car to the dealership for proper repair and diagnosis. I’m very happy they come out to the farm and replaced the glass on my truck while I was out in the field working. I am so very happy with my experience with them. Very competitive on there pricing too.
Ron was super friendly and informative. I had no questions when he began or finished. I highly suggest using them for your auto glass needs.

Professional and friendly service from the initial phone call. It was easy to get an appointment scheduled and they were willing to travel to my place of employment. They kept me informed the day of the appointment and were great about communicating throughout the process. They fixed the rock chip quickly and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again! Friendly, quick, professional and they do great work!

O'Toole Auto Glass has great customer service! Months later after I had my windshield replaced a cracked formed in the lower passenger side. The crack appeared to be on the inside. I contacted O’toole and expressed my concern and how I could not afford another windshield right away. They too were perplexed by the sudden glass fracture and worked out deal for a new window shield. I appreciate their courtesy and will continue to refer them to others.
I just had a nasty crack in my windshield repaired and the gentlemen that fixed it were very polite and answered all of the questions that I had concerning the repair. I WILL use them again if the need arises and I highly recommend this company. Punctual, affordable, polite and most importantly, quality repair work!
I had my windshield broken Monday morning and just had it fixed this afternoon. I just wanted to say that I appreciate the fast and very curious service I got while working with you guys! The technician and the gentleman at Cox Auto Body where extremely curious as was Carol when I spoke with her a few times. Thank you for your good service!
