The installer not only did an excellent job with the windshield replacement, but also provided clear and detailed instructions on the proper wait time before driving and the necessary care steps to follow before fully using the vehicle. The guidance on adhesive curing, window ventilation, tape removal, and avoiding pressure on the new glass showed real attention to detail and concern for safety. I shattered my back windshield on a Friday, with plans for Saturday and Sunday, so needless to say I was pretty stressed out about finding someone to fix it that day, but José came through! He was professional, polite, quick and did a great job! I tried 3 other places and not even safelite was able to help, which was ultimately for the best because José gave me a better price than them anyway. So all in all- I would absolutely recommend!
They came out to my job and had my new windshield in so fast. I definitely recommend them. He did a great job!
