I had the windshield on my 2024 Toyota Highlander Platinum replaced by Glass America. The same day, I reported a loud wiper chatter that started immediately after installation. When I informed them of the issue, I was told the windshield needed cleaning or that my wiper blades needed replacement, even though the blades were new the problem did not exist before. The windshield washer no longer automatically activates the wipers, and the wipers sometimes stop in the middle of the windshield instead of parking correctly. These ... read more
