I had the windshield on my 2024 Toyota Highlander Platinum replaced by Glass America. The same day, I reported a loud wiper chatter that started immediately after installation. When I informed them of the issue, I was told the windshield needed cleaning or that my wiper blades needed replacement, even though the blades were new the problem did not exist before. The Murfreesboro location is the best Excellent office staff willing to assist and serve. The technicians are very knowledgeable and in repairs. The speed of service is excellent. With an appointment repairs avg. 30 minutes and replacement 1 hour. Very Happy with the Service at the Murfreesboro location. Recommend Auto Glass in Murfreesboro for glass service.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I was quoted $450 for my windshield replacement and provided my VIN number upfront to ensure everything was correct. Based on that quote, I scheduled the appointment. A week later, the technician came out only to tell me the windshield was wrong and he couldn’t complete the job. Then, eight hours later, Jessica called to say the correct windshield would actually cost like $200 more.
