We just had our brand-new Mercedes windshield replaced by Auto Glass Service / Glass America, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A technician, Anthony W, came to repair a small chip and I was left with a significantly cracked windshield. (See before and after photos below). The technician then claimed he “never touched the vehicle or glass” and that it “spontaneously cracked due to the sun just moments before he could fix it” despite being a stable chip for months.. and it being 9am ??
