I've been to Alex few times and this guy is absolute best when it comes to service. He literally takes away the stress of dealing with insurance and everything else that goes into the process of replacing a windshield. Highly recommended!

I would give zero stars if I could. Auto Glass Oshawa damaged my car paint while replacing the windshield and then denied it. They take no responsibility for their mistakes.Absolutely terrible. The glass was not sealed properly, so wind noise is unbearable at highway speeds. I’ve had to take my car to another shop to get their mess fixed.
I booked an appointment, but when I arrived, they acted like they didn’t know who I was. I had to wait hours, and the final job was sloppy. Completely disorganized business.
