I would give zero stars if I could. Auto Glass Oshawa damaged my car paint while replacing the windshield and then denied it. They take no responsibility for their mistakes.Absolutely terrible. The glass was not sealed properly, so wind noise is unbearable at highway speeds. I’ve had to take my car to another shop to get their mess fixed.
I booked an appointment, but when I arrived, they acted like they didn’t know who I was. I had to wait hours, and the final job was sloppy. Completely disorganized business.
The worst experience ever! They promised my car would be ready in two hours, but I waited the entire day. When I finally got it back, the glass was dirty, and there were scratches on my dashboard. This company has no respect for customers’ time or property.
The staff at Auto Glass Oshawa was unfriendly and unhelpful. Not recommended.
