Lazy and rude.Showed up demanding where the car was. Demanding to move another vehicle. Unable to fix my window regulator and left a mess with my window worse and parts broken. Then I tried to contact the business just to be blocked.
The technician didn't call ahead. When I asked about it he didn't even respond. Technician was rude and would not do a better job of clean up until the office made him. After posting a comment the company responded with Lol.

Service was prompt and arrived on time, however the technician did not do a professional job with the upper rubber gasket. The technician ripped the upper rubber gasket on both ends and still used the same one when putting the windshield replacement on. We expressed our concerns and the technician said the company does not replace these part (even though he caused the damage). This company is a scam! They did not change the seals on the windshield when they replaced it. They destroyed the old seals and put them back on. Why would they even do the work if they didn't have the parts? Scam! Their excuse was that they didn't have them in stock, it was a freaking 2017 ford explorer. not like it was some exotic car. The owner of the company said he would have someone come fix it the next day.... but instead blocked my phone. They never told me they didn't have the window seals before starting the job. They broke my regulator, tried to make me pay, didnt want to give in writing that theyll fix it, poor customer service, still havent stood up to their word on coming back and fixing my window, left with tape. Been waiting for a whole month and they blocked my number from calling them. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! November 1st is when i got it done its now December 10th and still no word. POOR SERVICE
