Took my son's car to have windshield replaced looked ok in the rain. But upon further inspection the next day they put a huge scratch in the paint on the roof. Of course they Denied doing it but they are the only ones who have worked on it and now it's starting to rust and they have done nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU DAMAGE SOMETHING FIX IT

Chipped paint on my son's car while replacing windshield.

I had an appointment at 11 this morning. Called a few minutes before to let them know I would be late, they said that would be fine. What I wasn't told was that I was speaking with the call center because there was a "store emergency" and the store closed for the day. Nobody called me to let me know or anything, which seems like something you should do for your customers.
Really professional environment and affordable!! They are very friendly and will do everything they can to work with you. I highly recommend this location!!!
I had a really bad experience with another glass repair company. I was very upset when I called Auto Glass Now, and Carolyn listened and went out of her way to make sure that my car and I were taken care. She took the time to ask questions and give great information. Carolyn is AWESOME! Also, they fit me in the next day, and they did a great job replacing my windshield. I am so glad that there are wonderful people like Carolyn in this world who truly care about their job and about helping others!!
Literally just left and I must rave about this place! I needed my motor fixed in my window (as it is hot and my window will not roll up to enjoy the AC). Every place I called wanted double the amount to fix my issue! NOT HERE! Carolyn the Manager was so accommodating, provided great customer service, and pretty witty as well. Clean waiting area and quick service. Will always pick this place and recommend this place for any window services you may need!
This was the best experience I had in customer service. Johnny was so pleasant and helpful. Job was done in a timely manner. Excellent service!!!!
