Had my windshield leak after only 8 months. Brought it in and they fixed it fairly quickly. Great customer service but less than great execution since it shouldn't have leaked in the firstplace. EDIT: The incompetence of this place astounds me. Had them install a windshield, brought it back for a leak where the dude just gobbed silicone up underneath the top of the glass. Got windshield replaced. Took less time than I was told. A couple weeks later the rear view mirror was loose and the housing behind it was too. Went back in and was given attitude about it. They eventually looked at problem. Fixed the rear view mirror and said fixed the housing. But the housing is still loose. Will not go back.
Horrible experience. Liz is ttheory person I can get on the phone and she changed my appointment 3 times now. 1st time tech called out sick-understandable but i was told to keep my car at the addreas i gave 9am to 6pm and did not get this call to cancel until 2pm. I was assured my window would be fixed the next day and appreciated the resolution offered, my address verified 2 times at this point. My windshield cracked on a road trip and Auto Glass Now was able to schedule me right away, providing efficient and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend them.
Horrific experience. Rushed and cheap windshield replacement job, messy glue everywhere. Interior upholstery around windshield ripped, deep scratches and gouges down to the frame of my car on the outside. I complained to corporate, and they ignore emails. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and getting compensation for the paint job I need to prevent my car from rusting.
