terrible company and service. run.
Payd $412 to have them install a new driver side windows panel. Wait 48 before using window. First time I used the windows it shattered. Pulling teeth is easier then handling warranty with autoglass now. Highly recommend spending the extra money at safelite. Found out the technician quit the next day and company no longer offers business in my state. Your better off doing the repairs yourself
This has to be the worst service or lack there of. I scheduled mobile service May 1 2025 for May 5 2025. Window between 8am-2pm. No one called or came, 4pm I called and they said some should call or they will personally schedule it themselves. That didn’t happen, they called back and said the local manager would be calling me the following day to get it squared away. The next day and no one called so I called back and they informed me that there is no longer an Auto Glass Now in my area or even my state (Wisconsin). So not o... read more
I made an appointment on Monday for Tuesday they never showed up when I call the guy said I didn't have an appointment so I made another appointment then they never showed up again horrible service.
Bad service, my window is cracking after service and the warranty only cover what they want it to.. why is my window cracking because of the cold
