Auto glass now was very easy to work with from Customer Service right to the technician. They we’re able to give us an appointment with a few days of needing the replacement. The technician called us in advance to let us know they were coming and he was very efficient and professional! A job well done by all.
No issue at all. The guy came to my residence to fix it and called when he was all set!
the customer service is good but the guy was doing the job he seems like he was on a rush you went there to fix a chip glass he seal the glass but he used to the drill and scratch the glass now it have a long scratches at the same part I need not even seal it he just leaving even though I paint it out to him when you rub your finger on it you can feel it scratch you can see it on the outside and inside I went there to fix a chip I'll come back out with a bigger scratch that look like a chip instead of take the time out and s... read more
Austin came out to Providence, RI to replace my wind shield. He kept me in the loop / communicated perfectly as to when he would arrive. Once he did arrive, he professionally swapped out the glass and it looked amazing. Thank you Austin for your professionalism / quality work!!! 10/10 recommend.
