Went to get my windshield replaced and they didn't put all my stickers on the windshield! Then when we asked we only got 2 out of 3 back and was told one ripped. Wouldn't be so pissed except my company sales car is registered in NYC! They didn't even apologize

Hi Laura, my apologies for the negative experience you had with our shop. Unfortunately, the stickers are made impossible to remove, to keep others from potentially stealing the stickers from your car to put on their own. With that being said, take the stickers (including the damaged one) and your invoice to the agency that gave you the stickers and they will issue you new ones for a small fee. Please note, you will not need to get your car reinspected when you do this.
Scheduled an appointment to come to my job for a windshield replacement. The technician showed up within the allotted time and was very polite. Was less expensive than other places. When a rock chipped the window a week later they fixed the star crack for free. Great staff from office to field techs.

I scheduled and appointment for Monday 7/24 at 11am. The nice lady over the phone gave me the quote of 189$ for a new windshield and took my address information. A little after 12pm I called to check to see what the hold up was and the now VERY RUDE lady said that my appointment was for in shop at 150$ at 11am and that my address was not on file. She then said I have the wrong shop...this was shocking as she had just told me my appointment was in shop and not at my address. She lied and blamed the customer for a mix up on th... read more
