Had a window replace did an excellent job plus they tinted it for me GREAT JOB!!
Tried to use them but the tech no call no showed the first day. Customer service rescheduled another appointment for the tech to come out and then called just before the tech was suppose to arrive and said they did not have the glass and we’re going to have the glass over nighted from another manufacture. We rescheduled for a few days later to give the glass time to arrive. Customer service called the day before my new appointment and confirmed the glass had arrived…. Supposedly. I had to get my windshield replaced from where it was installed and needed to already be replaced from s few months ago! They set up appointments or tell you they will have someone call you. I understand family situations and needing to be off, I was cool with that! I’m not cool with a week later that I make the call yet again from no calls or anything!
