First off if this would have been my personal vehicle I would have told them to leave. Need new window on work van. My works leasing service finds these guys then the glass company calls us to set it all up. Don't do it. The tech that was "suppose" to replace my windshield drove a minivan that had seen better days. It was missing pieces (had been in an accident or two) and didn't have the company's name on it. The inside of the minivan was a mess. The tech called me around the end of the window that he would call me. He arrived at the end of the window that he said he would be there.
