Communication was simple, clear, and everything went great. They came to my house and installed a new windshield. The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that they did not give any time window for install. “Just sometime between 9-5. It would have been perfect if they could’ve even give an4 hour window for installation
Kashawn Lucas did an excellent job replacing my windshield on my VW Tiguan. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what he did, and answered all questions regarding what to do after the installation. I highly recommend him for windshield replacements.
Had to get a windshield nick about the size of a pencil eraser repaired to pass the Maryland safety inspection. After the tech finished I could not see any real difference. When I took it to the safety inspector he said it was the worst repair he'd ever seen.
