Auto Glass Experts probably has some of the best Customer Service Reps I have ever spoken with. I first spoke with Nate who answered the phone with a smile in his voice and later spoke with Jessica who was also super pleasant. They gave me a quote and I had one other place to check. I drove 25 minutes to find out the address is there office location, the actual location is Huntersville which would add 24 minutes to my drive due to I77 traffic. Please update the address. I went to First Glass Auto instead here in Mooresville, NC a 15 minute drive from home. Keith was fast, professional, and the price is unbeatable!
I used the mobile repair. I was impressed that they were very fast in getting back to me to schedule an appointment. After that encounter, I was very unimpressed. There was no communication the day of the installation (was told I’d be contacted the morning of). I had to contact the office to ask when they were coming. I was told a certain time and they showed up almost an hour late again without any communication. The installation was done in 45 minutes. These were taken back when you could text the business on Google maps. This company is not local and is violating Google in so many ways that I am surprised that the AI hasn't shut them down yet. This address is a virtual office location meaning they pay to have a street address. This is a medical building not a shop with car bays!!
