I had a windshield repaired there. Once they got the glass out, they saw that the top of the body underneath was rusted so they cleaned that up all nice, replaced the glass, cleaned the all the windows and left a nice card along with a bottle of water. They were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. I will be going back here for every glass/window replacement I will ever need. Highly recommend five out of five stars for sure!!
Had a windshield replaced here. They scratched my paint in multiple places, shattered glass is in my headliner by my visor and it rattles around in there, and dusty/tiny glass fragments all over the inside of my car. Not impressed by the cleanliness or carefulness of caring for a customer's vehicle. Windshield is fine. Had a discount on windshield prices.
A refreshing business that makes you feel like you’re in a small town with old friends but with the skill and resources of a big city shop. Very impressed. Will be our go to now for windshields. ADAS Certified and skilled. Plus a super comfy couch!
Excellent customer service ! Received a message the day before explaining how to prepare for the service. Upon arriving they were prepared and ready to go. Estimated time for windshield and drivers side door window replacement was right on. Very impressed all around with Auto -Glass Direct.
