Terrible customer service. Dude answered the phone after about 7 rings. Honestly thought it was going to be an answering machine. Then after asking a few questions he accused me of not trusting him and raised his voice. Didn't even give them my business because my questions were apparently trust issues to him.
So happy with my experience at Auto glass Canada! I booked an appointment and went to their location and the whole process was smooth. The repair itself was done very quickly. If you book ahead and show up as scheduled the experience is amazing.

This is really helpful if your insurance DEDUCTIBLE is Higher. Appreciate staff and technicians for their professional handling in my case.
