Absolutely horrible service, called in to ask for a quote for a window replacement. The receptionist who picked up the phone call asked for my make and model as he should. I told him my make and model and he claimed that “I have called many times before, and that I keep calling”. My accident just happened last night… how could I have possibly called when their store was already closed at the time? Then he just kept going on and on about how I called and it’s not ready. This is just completely upsetting.
