My son and I had our first experience with Auto Gallery Ford today when we took his Mustang in for repair. We showed up first thing on a Monday morning with no appointment, just hoping they would be able to work us in. Bought a brand new f250. Best experience ever with the sales side. Had a tear in my seat took it to their service department on March 24. They took pics and said they would be in touch on when to bring it back to fix seat and recall work. April 26 I called back to see why I haven't heard from anyone. They lost my pics.
