Got my car serviced and tires rotated and noticed every single wheel on multiple lug holes were scratched and beat up when I got home. I called them and let them know about it and was told to bring it back on a day when the service manager and **** both would be there and they would look at them. ** looked at them when I got there and told me it was hard for him to believe that all wheels got messed up during one service, went to get **** and he was busy at the time. i bought a truck there and they sold/push a bunch of unnecessary warranties which i was never given a choice to say no to. It was made out like i had to purchase them until i got home and called companies to find out it was not necessary. I also was made to purchase a red alert brake light which cost 600 ,but found out that the light is not even installed on the truck. Beware of this company .I would not do business with this group.
I have 2 complaints. We purchased a used ***** truck Saturday. Check engine light came on Sunday. We took it up there Monday morning, to be told they saw nothing wrong with it. It came back on Tuesday. Took it back and now they found a prob...me and my husband aren't happy with our purchase and they won't cancel the contract. We will never do business here again since this is how they handle their customers.
