If I could give a less rating I would these people are a negative 10, Do not I repeat do not buy a car from here unless you are an experienced mechanic or you bring a mechanic with you! A friend of mine purchased a car from Auto fin on River Road and Euclid she's 21, her first vehicle a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer they charged her a ridiculous amount of money, over $5,000 and she financed it thinking she was getting a decent vehicle a little over a month later the car dies tries to start it and the battery cable... read more

I bought a car in cash from this place, with a warranty. Their sales associate assured me that the "check engine light" would be taken care of. In less than 2 weeks I have brought it into their "shop" not 1 not 2 but 3 times!. They quoted me $1400 to fix it when I brought it in, their mechanic hung up on me twice because he couldn't explain the problem. NEVER buy a car from these people. I'm stuck with it. Don't let it happen to you.
