Seeking a new vehicle can be a frustrating experience but Jim and Kim at Auto Factory set a different positive tone for me. I generally harbor some concern that a used car dealer will try to take advantage of me. Jim and Kim at the Auto Factory impressed me with their honest and transparent business practices, pride in providing a good product, and their goodwill. There was no sales pressure. Unlike other dealers they did not try to charge a "documentation" fee. As Jim said, "why would I charge a fee for paperwork that I am legally required to give you anyway?"
