When I was told by other companies that they didn’t want to get my work truck setup for me or that they couldn’t get to it in a timely manner, the people at Auto FX scheduled me within the week of first contact and set my truck up better than I can imagine..... I have had 10 vehicles tint by Auto FX and they are the best in the business! They don’t use cheap tint that will fall off in a few months either. They have a lifetime warranty and stand behind it. If you need tint please go here!
These guys have been the best. When my company has to adapt to new needs we bring our fleet to them and they make it happen. They're smart friendly and affordable.
Customer service is sub par to say the least. David was my sells rep, the level of incompetence was epic, and he never followed up on anything he said he would do. I was told one price over the phone, and got hit with another price in the store, waited two hours for service only to be told they had ordered the wrong parts, and was assured the situation would be corrected and “made right” and I should expect a call from David the next day to work everything out. Sure glad I didn’t hold my breath waiting on the follow up!
