Mike and Tom were responsive and easy to work with. Most importantly, they have a large selection of used accessible vans on the lot and they keep their website updated with the actual inventory! So many accessible van shops list cars they don’t really have. Manatee Mobility is the real deal. I flew in to the Ft. Myers airport and took a 25 minute uber ride to their lot. Can’t say enough how happy we are with choosing Manatee Mobility Vans. Our experience was easy and stress free. We were treated as part of the family and any concerns were addressed completely. All of the staff, especially, Yasmin, went well above and beyond to ensure our van needs were met. Kudos to Tom for owning and running this company. We highly recommend them if you need to purchase a mobility van. Tell them Deb sent you!
I purchased a used (2014) mobility pickup from Manatee. Ir is a very nice truck. However, within 2 months the lift failed to operate. I called Manatee and was told that they woulld not cover the cost of repairing it because I had not purchased the extended warranty. I paid $600 to have it hauled d to a repair facility, $1,200 to have it repaired,. Beware of this company. They do not stand behind their products
