Do not go here. Scammers pure and simple. Moved up here a few months ago and figured I’d give this place a try and was concerned my tires were not being rotated when they were charging me $40 for it and my fluids were not being filled up even though they said they do fill up fluids during an oil change.
I went in for an oil change got it done for $100 which is already way higher than normal. That was the only work needed on the car everything else was in perfect shape. Ten days after I let these guys do an oil change, a loud rattle noise starts and come to find out a strut broke on the car. Those are the facts here, and it doesn’t take a big leap to say I believe they intentionally did something so that strut would break so soon after. Hi Everyone, I came to Auto Express on June 30, 25 without an appointment for my GMC Yukon SUV wheel alignment ( I was told that you don't need one for a wheel alignment ) and they took me in quickly. The service adviser ( Trevis G ) was pleasant and helpful. The young man who performed the service was fast, but to the point at doing his job as I was able to observed his work, while doing the service. The shop and the waiting area were nice and clean. Thanks again the team at Auto Express !!!
