I signed up for unlimited car wash within firsts weeks it came out. I can’t believe the horrible new system with that giant roller to dry the car. Car is so wet and spots dry on all windows, doors and back. Looks just as dirty going out than when it went in. I cancelled 2 memberships today and the guy didn’t even ask me reason just put “not using”. RecommendedHave been going here for years and they completely messed up today. Best car wash and cleaning ever but it was ruined by their inability to follow directions. My car is new and I specifically said NO SCENTS. One, it still has the new car smell and two, I’m sensitive to certain smells. They sprayed my interior with a very strong scent and I had a headache by the time I arrived at home. I can’t drive my car without feeling sick. Thanks for not listening!

I purchased the $26 deal. I went early this morning, so there was barely any cars, so NO REASON TO RUSH!!!! Rims were not cleaned, barely see any tire foam shine on the tires, vacuum on the back was barely done. On the top portion of my truck above the rear window was not even touched. So no I do not recommend. An example of our young generation doing a bare minimum piss-poor job for a check.
My Full Service Platinum service was NOT premium at all! Had to ask to have them re-dry some areas. Vacuuming was lacking. No longer offer re-wash in case of rain. No longer offer long lasting fragrance. A very different and unacceptable Mister Car Wash.

the 1st time I had my vehicle washed and detailed the looked my keys in the vehicle 😫 I did learn that time I took my vehicle again but this time I had to take it back because it was vacuumed correctly and they missed obviously spots. never again will I takey vehicle... shame on them 😠
Always friendly, fast and excellent service - I go visit them every time I'm in El Paso!
