They now called “IMPORT MASTERS”, Bought a BMW about a month ago, and they just didn’t add $11K plus to the cars price, but also lied about warranty. I was told that the car still had warranty and I could just take it to the dealership and get some services for 3 years, well, I took the car to the dealership for service and SURPRISE, the car doesn’t have any single warranty active. Crazy. Not recommend this dealer at all.
They are also robbing me i believe it wa 23,000 they said whatever whatever the end when i signed it 43,000 I believe . also when I put the A.c. on it smells like wet towels i thought it would of went away after I got a deep clean that day when they came back with i didn't notice until the next day they hit my then try to glue it back together and the side took them a whole i think 2 weeks to get my car back i was so stupid to buy a car while they trick me and gave a me a 🪣 Benz that the air stinks when you put the A.C. on... read more
Shawn was very helpful but I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of response over the whereabouts of my license plates and registration. My temp is about to expire and I have reached out with one text and two unanswered phone calls to him and one call to their "DMV" department I drove off the lot May 31st being told I should have them in about 2 weeks.
