Shawn was very helpful but I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of response over the whereabouts of my license plates and registration. My temp is about to expire and I have reached out with one text and two unanswered phone calls to him and one call to their "DMV" department I drove off the lot May 31st being told I should have them in about 2 weeks. Do not trust this dealership’s finance department. They are actively withholding my money. I purchased a truck from this dealership and bought an extended warranty. I sold the vehicle in December 2025 and legally canceled the warranty. The warranty company has explicitly confirmed that they processed the cancellation and sent the $1,100 refund check directly back to this dealership.
