I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Auto Expo in Manassas, VA. I found the vehicle on CarGurus and purchased mostly online for the first time ever. Mateen was incredibly attentive and texted back and forth with me and made the online process seamless! Bad experience came two hours to see a truck just for it not to be there when I got there and they waited for me at closing time and then they made me wait more saying it was getting fixed then the truck shows up and it’s rusty everywhere I don’t know how a truck that rusty can pass inspection. They try to make customers look dumb and think people won’t look underneath a truck. Buy a vehicle somewhere else! Overpriced cars and not well maintained!
