I gave Auto Expo a 5 star rating that I’m going to have to retract. I was sold a lemon. I bought a Volvo SUV from Auto Expo last year. I spent at least $1000 a month repairing everything on it until the engine died and the transmission. I paid $12,500 in cash and I don’t have much money due to Lyme disease. I was looking for a specific Explorer and was found Auto Expo. Mase was great with communication and we were able to look over the car ASAP. This is the most unpleasant and straight up embarrassing experience I have ever had in a dealership ever. The salesman was very unprofessional and erratic during the test drive which I was very clear that the car I was there for is the first one I’ve seen and i’m just looking for the moment. Then continually tried to pressure me into probably one of the worst deals I’ve ever been dealt once we walked inside to see the manager. I would look to purchase a car elsewhere.
