I took my 2008 BMW X3 to Auto Excel yesterday. I am very pleased with the service I received. I waited while they did the inspection and found that the establishment was clean and very welcoming. Dallas was excellent! All the staff are very polite and friendly. I appreciate that they valued my time! We will be using Auto Excel for all our needs from now on. Thank you so much!

Well worth the drive for quality service and a business with integrity
The staff at Auto Excel are professional, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to provide outstanding, personal service. My 15 year old roadster runs like new, smooth as silk. They have gone above & beyond. Dallas and Phillip are excellent. Sorry I don't know the technician's name.
Took them my truck with a pretty good idea of what was wrong. They diagnosed the problem quickly and honestly. They installed and programmed a new computer with a 36,000 mile warranty. It wasn't the least expensive quote I got but the premium service and professionalism was well worth the difference in cost. Phillip was easy to work with and they kept in touch with me the entire time they had my truck. Thanks Auto Excel, Lexington KY.
