I was referred to them by my neighbors. They looked over my vehicle and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable for the work I needed done to my car. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix that we could afford. The owner went out of his way to get us a buyer for the vehicle and set up and mediate the sale for us. He went above and beyond for me which is honestly not heard of much now a days. If you looking for an honest mechanic I recommend Auto ER. They have my business for sure.
I find it interesting that the only 1 star review, simply says "Dishonest mechanics." I acquired a used classic motorcycle, and was recommended to take it here for maintenance. They said they needed to rebuild the forks and clean the carburetors; the work took three whole months, and then immediately failed a state inspection. The fork seals were leaking, and one of the carburetors was leaking fuel. Many thanks to the gentleman at this auto repair shop!! My car literally would not start and I walked to a near by Jiffy Lube to get a jump, turns out it was not the battery… I was informed by the rep to take my car to a trusted mechanic near by to avoid paying extra for mileage for the tow outside of the mile limit… These guys worked quick to identify the issue, (a power switch/fuse) and promptly ordered the part, a few days later, I had my 2019 Passat back on the road with no problems whatsoever.
