Took my car to Igor to be diagnose for a noise, he completely misdiagnosed the problem, after keeping my car for 6 weeks. He decided it was the transfer case one excuse after another when , he replaced it and I got my car back, He told me i was good to go 2 weeks later the rear differential fell apart on the highway with a car full if kids headed home from Massanutten fortunately my 200 miles of towing got the car home but me my Daughter and the kids was a $ 500.00 taxi ride to union station,, i had Igor again work on my car... read more
Owner of the shop is very rude, always wants to charge more by making up excuses.

Don't ever bring your car to this place. They will rip you off!!! They will not call you to consult about the price and how much it would cost to fix. Instead of that they will fix and overcharge you. STAY AWAY!!!
