The owner/manager of this shop is dishonest. I was referred to him by my local Jiffy Lube shop. I called him, explained the situation with my car and was told that he did a free limited diagnostic. He set an appointment two days later, first thing in the morning, since I work nights. I spoke with my regular shop and was quoted $90 for a diagnostic, so I was willing to give this shop my business because of the incredible value of knowing that I was fixing the problem.
