Had a very disappointing experience. Took my Mercedes in for an oil change, a chirping sound, and a loose plate. Oil was changed and they never made the adjustment to the dashboard indicting the tune up was done. That is change the oil 101, a total no brainer. License plate was never secured and they forgot to look at the idler that also needed to be replaced. I was charge $130 for the oil change and nothing else was addressed including noting that the level A tune up was done. I will not return.
