Rick and team did a great job servicing my Audi 2017 A4 on multiple occasions (coolant hose, brake pads, oil changes). They are professional, proficient and polite. I used to take my Audi to Herb Chambers Burlington for servicing but they lost my trust when they refused to take ownership for a coolant hose replacement that should have been covered by their service warranty. The price was higher than what was verbally agreed during the time of booking. The owner immediately realized there was some discrepancies in the invoice and refunded the difference. I would say since they put efforts to find the issue and resolved it immediately , their customer service is great. I am really pleased with the follow up and willingness to help.

I love Auto Engineering! I would give extra stars! I checked them out before I purchased my new Audi knowing I would go here when warranty was finished. The service is excellent. It's great walking in and recognize the staff as well as them knowing you. I couldn't be happier
