We contacted them because we were interested in one of their vehicles. They immediately sent us the CARFAX report. That's how upfront they are with their vehicles. We looked at the Highlander and found a few things wrong, which they agreed to fix. I noticed when we got it, the brake lights were not working, but they were sincere and offered to work with me to make sure it was all good. picked up a new vehicle 4 months ago from them it was easy sale and has been very reliable with no issues happy overall with the sales people being real upfront and it being a small family owned shop that genuinely cares about the cars they sell and making sure you are happy with your purchase.
