First visit was excellent, with great service and a full breakdown in the car I was interested in, including reviewing the Carfax. Was in and out without any pressure, with the only issue being the car battery had died, making a test drive impossible. Said I'd come back and they had me leave a deposit to help them get the car ready. Returned and had a different salesman (1st day's was out sick) get me the keys and tag along for the drive.
