Once this company did a decent job but this time, HORRIBLE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY LOST THEIR PAINTER. They are no longer in my allstate insurance preferred. (Of course no one told me that before I took it this second time, including my insurance on the phone setting it up). They Lied to my insurance company and said they told me they were no longer in network. That was a lie. The absolute worst customer service! They get attitudes when you call to check the status of your car, all the workers are always late, and can’t even give you an estimated time frame for which your car will be done. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, they’ve had my car for over a month for a front bumper repair and coolant leak. The business management is horrible!
I took my vehicle in for repairs. This is a preferred body shop for Progressive . Don’t make the same mistake, very poor painting quality !
Per Progressive, I agreed to have my husband's vehicle towed to elite for an insurance claim. They've had the vehicle for weeks and completed work that was not authorized by Progressive. I literally found out about a week ago that my husband's truck was sent, by elite, to the dealership for additional work. I was never given an option on said repairs and they are attempting to collect over $600 for work that was not authorized by Progressive or myself.
