Edit: I was wrong and the shop is not reputable and also ignores phone calls. They did very poor work that had to be cleaned up by another mechanic. The mechanic laughed at the work that was done. I don’t doubt they tried, but it seems my issue was out of their ability to fix. Cannot recommend to anybody due to reasons cited. The mechanics were extremely friendly and very communicative about what they were doing and their schedule. We ended up having to reschedule a few times however with how fast they responded whether it was call or text it was never an issue and when they did fix the car they answered any questions I had. I ended up having to call them after hours with some questions and they were quick to answer and help with any issues. Overall very efficient and very knowledgeable. Honestly, a great experience. These guys are very friendly and good people all in all. Fixed my bumper quite quickly and it looks better than it ever has, I’ve been to 2 different shops already.
BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! Car broke down when I was stopping for gas on my way from Portland to Seattle. Called the shop late Friday evening. Danny, the owner, talked me through getting it started again. He assessed the problem over the phone and helped me sort it out, free of charge. Absolute samaritan. Great guy, great service.
