I have done two major electrical projects on two separate boats. Both got a new Balmar Alternator and complete Balmar kit from Doug. I had no idea what I was doing. Doug took me through the process and answered all my questions expertly. He came to the boats a few times when phone and text wasn’t getting the job done. I cannot say enough good about Doug and his service. AMAZING! Thank you Doug.

When our starter failed as we were maneuvering our 35 ft sailboat into our assigned berth, the dock attendant referred us to Doug to get the problem solved. The next morning Doug arrived at the marina and picked up the starter which I had removed from the boat. Within a couple of hours we received a detailed text message with photos identifying the problem. The solution was a new starter.
