Very helpful
I stopped in during my lunch break needing windshield wipers and had no idea what I was doing. John greeted me right away, helped me find the correct wipers, and even installed them on the spot. As a busy mom, that level of help meant a lot. The staff was friendly, the store was clean, and the service was excellent. So glad to have NAPA within walking distance in Media thanks you so much
They constantly close before 5, I've gone over there at 4:45 and the door is usually locked, knock and no one answers, but plenty of people at the front desk! Just order online, because the only reason to justify their inflated prices is because they are a brick and mortar, but they can't even provide that now because they are never open when you need them most!
