RecommendedMy brother and his wife recently broke down on the way back from Florida and this man picked them up and took them to his house to stay while repairs were done and told them to treat it like it was there’s!! Who does that anymore! Highly recommend this guy if your in the area... 👍
broke down, they were there within 20 minutes and had me back on the road within 2 hours from the moment I called them and the tow truck driver already had me a place cleaned out to sit. super friendly and really made me feel like a priority and they thoroughly explained the problem and showed me the damage. the towing fee really wasn't so bad. no complaints at all. I'll definitely call them next time I need something.
The greatest little auto shop in town!!!! They hooked me up.... and got me on the road.... appreciate it!!!!
Employees are respectful, knowledgeable, honest people. I had a clicking noise that I couldn’t figure out and brought it to auto doctor. The problem was solved and fixed in an hour. I would definitely recommend auto doctor.
The alternator went out on my vehicle while i was in town for work. This shop got my car in and out within a couple hours. The staff was very friendly also! If it weren’t for this shop I may of not made it back home to Augusta that night!
They came out to the house to fix my flat tire. VERY nice man, came out in a short period of time, checked the pressure in the other three tires. The tires had been filled with the wrong amount air! GREAT job - thank you!!!
I am sure all the folks at Auto Doctor are great and I only came in contact with Monte. Talk a nice guy and a pleasure to spend 4 hours in a tow truck with as he towed a broken down Budget truck to our destination. If you need a tow use Auto Doctor and ask for Monte.
We are on our way home from Florida towing my parents car on a u-haul car hauler and discovered a flat tire on the trailer shortly after leaving the hotel this morning. What may have started as an unfortunate event turned out to be a blessing. We met Seth, a very kind, friendly and knowledgeable young man from http://autodrtowing.com/thomasville-ga/ who changed our tire, checked the air in all the other tires and got us back on the road, all with a smile! Monte did a fantastic job towing our 1995 40 ft. Monaco Diesel Pusher. I highly recommend Monte for your heavy towing needs. I used to own a towing service and I know the difference between a typical operator and a professional pride of ownership type. Monte has Pride of ownership and knows his stuff. Thank you for the attention to detail it didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated!
