They were kind, quick and gave me a great deal. They charged me less than what they quoted me and they gave me a year warranty on my brakes. They even had a playground for my daughter and niece to play on while we waited. I am so pleased with them! I will definitely use them again!
I had a great experience with Auto Doctor today. Even though they had to give me pretty bad news about my car, they were quick, honest, and very helpful. They explained everything clearly and treated me with kindness and professionalism. As a mom on a budget the news was tough, but the delivery and the honesty was well appreciated. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto repair services.
Made an appointment for brake replacement after Firestone told me I needed new front and rear brakes for over $1000. Turns out my rear brakes are 85% and I only needed front brake pads. I’m spent $150 and finally found an honest shop!
I finally found a trusted mechanic! I’ve had a check engine light on for months and no one could solve it. Firestone recommended Auto Doctor and it was a great experience. I paid a diagnostic fee and then very reasonable repair price.
We always take our truck here, never had an issue before. Great experiences and a kind family. Yes the price has gone up a bit from initial quote(s) but at times you can’t know what the problem fully is until it is being repaired. Not sure why there are negative reviews as this is a honest business.
