Great service and on time repair. Jason was wonderful to work with and kept me informed throughout the process of my transmission repair. Great price compared to other shops I had look at my vehicle.

I usually do my own work on my cars but every now and then I come across something out of my expertise and I have to take it to a mechanic. All the times I've used Auto Doctor, I've never had a bad experience. In my most recent experience, the door handle on my son's care no longer opened the door. I found the problem and bought the part to fix it, but it turns out I would have to disassemble the entire window assembly to get to it and I didn't want that hassle. I had all wheel bearing changed. They did a great job and use roller instead of ball bearing on front to ensure they lasted much long which was really smart. What impressed me most was over hearing them talk with another customer who needed a transmission likely worth about $2500. The customer had a vehicle with 80k miles and likely a 100k manufacturer warranty on drive train. Instead of taking the sale at that time. Poor customer service. Failure to explain problems. And returned my car without a battery and will not help understand my issue with this. Was a wonderful business 2 years ago. And has fallen apart since.
