We just bought a Volvo here, and it was the Best Car Buying experience I have ever had! Even after we drove off the lot with what we thought was a new battery, only to find out after 3 stops it wasn't recharging and we were dead on the side of the road, the owner Kirk sent an employee to us with a better battery, and he installed it right there. My Honda CR-V had an a/c failure and a family member recommended Auto Doctor. I had a very positive experience; car was brought to them on Monday, I had a quote on parts and labor by Tuesday morning, the work was completed Tuesday afternoon. When quoted the repair I was advised that if all the parts weren't needed the price would be lower; as it turned out all that was needed was a new compressor plus drain, dispose of old and re-fill with new freon, which saved me $250 off the original quote. BUYER BEWARE!! These guys are crooks. The warranty sets you up to fail. The so-called warranty is nullified if there are no fluids in car. Guess what? they sell it to you without any oil or fluids and you're not the wiser! Bought car, brakes failed within 2 weeks, within 3 weeks transmission totally failed on highway on vaca with kids. Each time they wanted more money to fix. Had already paid more than BB value for car. BIG RIP OFF!!! This guy has done this too many times.
