Very honest!
This is the second time I get overcharged for something that was not performed. When I took the car to pep boys, I was told that a new part wasn't installed, just cleaned! They charged me for parts and labor!
The Shechters are really very honest and helpful. It's a pleasure to work with them. They really help you out and have alot of patience.
