Our experience with Dave at Auto Direct was appalling. After the dealership mishandled paperwork and delayed the DMV registration, it caused a string of issues — all rooted in their own lack of organization and accountability. When my sister and young niece tried to follow up, Dave responded by yelling profanity at them. An adult man shouting at two women — absolutely disgraceful.
