Very straightforward and pleasant experience buying my VW Touareg here. Found the listed on Autotrader on a Saturday morning, checked their website for more pictures and a carfax and called to come in later that day. I arrived after scheduling an appointment to trade my vehicle. The owner was not there. He finally pulls up mins later and proceeds to try to trade me a vehicle that was 6 years older than mine, hasn’t been washed or vacuumed, and had motor issues. The car was behind two other vehicles and far back in the lot. There were spider webs inside on the floor board. Drove here a total of 4 times, June 1st-22nd. First time, we walk up and are immediately told they closed early. Frustrating but we come back the following week. We brought our own mechanic with us to look it over. We liked a car from this seller so we tried to come back and work out a selling price. Huge issue is that you have to jump through a countless hoops to try and get in contact with these people. Showed up the 3rd and 4th time to no one on the property around 3pm. Called the multiple numbers listed on Google and the... read more
