Went in to get some work done. They couldn't explain how they would charge for 3 hrs (150) an hour, work on installing a Tesla Deffuser. They said they would have to remove the rear bumper to do the job, hence the amount of time. I told them to Google the install. The install is less than 25 minutes. Had they known there are two plates on the rear bumper to be removed to install the wiring on the defusser they wouod have gotten my business. These guys are the best! Easy to communicate with and always able to get the job done. Helped me out several times when I was in a bind. Highly recommend!
I'm sure I was a very "low profile" customer for these guys. I just needed one rim replaced. I had the rim shipped straight to them, they contacted me when it arrived, made an appointment for the next day, and took care of me like I'd just spent $5000 when in reality it was less than $100. If I ever decide to get an entire set of new rims this is the only place on Oahu I'll consider.
