This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. They are so sorry.,and the customer service reps all have bad attitudes as if u owe them personally. They never have ur info right and they put u on hold just for another person to come on and u have to repeat everything again, because they say "im putting in your info" but no other rep can fine it. Do not borrow money from Auto Credit – I bought my car from them Aug. 2010 i have made my payment on time for a whole year and they still are saying i am behind i have never had my car reposed so that tells you i haven't been behind. There is a 60.00 every month they say i owe i did have a deferred payment back in oct. 2010 of the amount of 60.00 and it is still haunting me they still as of to date tell me it is on the last payment. A Good Option when you are in need – I needed a second vehicle and they where the only ones that would give me a loan to secure it. I was not completely happy with the paper work process, but after I got everything signed, they did a good job. I got behind due to losing my job, and they worked with me for a few days before they shut off my car. Yep, they make you put a device on your car that will disable it if you miss a payment. Great company if you are trying to rebuild your credit!!! – They tell you up front there is NO GRACE period....But, So long as you make your first year's payments on time you earn a grace period! We never had any problems with any of the employees and unlike any other crediters they report to the credit bureaus every month and not only when your late like other creditors. but if you dont want to make your payments ON TIME like the other reviewers then DON'T BUY A CAR!!!!!!!!!!!
This company sucks – This company hires people to constantly hound you--even after you've made pay arrangements. They try to embarrass you by calling your personal references and telling them that you owe them money, you aren't returning their calls, or that you gave them a fake home address. The attorney general's office said to send them a registered letter (with return receipt) telling them not to call your job or your references, and not to discuss your account with anyone but you. never ever finance – This is the worst company to get a loan from. They harass me at my job asked to speak to my store manager, which this issue has nothing to do with my work , this is my personal business. They harass you if you are one day late or whether it's 10.00 or 100.00. The workers are rude and unprofessional. NEVER GET A LOAN FROM THEM
Find better financing.... – First off the place where you get the car from should be ashamed of their selves for working with such a NASTY company! As bad as you may need a car look elsewhere!! They will do nothing but HARASS you , send someone out to your house and even when you don't want the car anymore they STILL wont pick it up until MONTHS later. I LOVED my car but gave it up for something BETTER!!!
