Honestly amazed at the customer service and the repairs done! Black ice won against my Kia Forte and the majority of the front was tore off and took a lot of damage. Cat was great with communication and keeping me up to date every step of the way. They were fast! Pulled up and the car was sparkling clean, they even cleaned the inside which was a nice surprise! Brought my car here because they are apart of the network for my insurance company. In the end my car got totaled I was able to remove my belongings however to get the tires and wheels I paid for they charged me 200 dollars for them to swap them to the OEM ones I had. Other than having to pay for that it was good. Wasn't happy I had to wait a couple weeks to even get my car looked at.
