Very friendly and helpful. Still waiting for repair quote, but it is covered by insurance. I was given an appt. and offer to rent a car much cheaper than Enterprise!
Wonderful to deal with.From start to finish, lots of communication and updates on progress. Loaner car offered while I awaited completed final product.
Excellent service, fantastic staff, great workmanship! I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. They do great work, in a timely manner (as timely as possible with strikes and parts.) If you’re using insurance they make it a very simple stress free process. I highly recommend them for body work.
From day one, Autocrafters did an amazing job keeping in touch, making sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of, and when the time came to pick my car up, it looked AMAZING! Accidents are stressful enough but Greg and Cat did an awesome job getting everything rolling, did quality work and had it done fast! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you guys for getting me back on the road!
Had to have my car repaired for a near deer accident and they did a fantastic job they were friendly and had wonderful communication with me about progress and any changes. Great job guys!
