Auto Crafters was very easy to do business with! Quotation/estimate was done quickly, and the cost was reasonable and comparable to other local shops. They quoted 8 days to repair my scraped and gouged bumper cover, and it was ready in 5 days. The repaired area looks as good as new! I’m satisfied with Auto Crafters, and the two people I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable.
Auto Crafters repaired the right rear door on my car approximately two years ago. I noticed recently that the automatic door lock on that door wasn't working. I contacted them, they had me bring the car in, and corrected the problem at no additional cost. The clearly stand behind their work!
Very friendly and helpful. Still waiting for repair quote, but it is covered by insurance. I was given an appt. and offer to rent a car much cheaper than Enterprise!
Wonderful to deal with.From start to finish, lots of communication and updates on progress. Loaner car offered while I awaited completed final product.
